We find, tag, and associate all documents on EDGAR by fund CUSIP and maintain a proprietary database that's scalable and always up to date. We maintain individual "compliance envelopes" of each existing fund CUSIP filed on EDGAR - essentially electronic folders of all related compliance documents sorted down to the share class level. These fund-specific compliance envelopes include the most recently filed prospectus, supplements, shareholder reports, and statements of additional information for U.S. open-end mutual funds, variable annuity and variable universal life subaccounts, and exchange-traded funds.

In total, we source 8 million data points and source 60,000 documents each business day. More than accessing the documents off EDGAR, we combine patented process technology and human oversight on every SEC filing to ensure all documents are quality checked and investor friendly.
