Overview
EnrollCompleteSM is a digital publishing platform that makes it practical to deliver more targeted communications for every employer at the plan or participant group level. More than just "print-on-demand," EnrollComplete integrates the entire publishing process by combining content management, document composition, and client workflow and order tracking in a highly configurable ASP solution.
A high level of automation makes it practical to offer "big plan service" to even a financial institution's small and mid-size clients. Clients can import or enter data about the employer and plan, and minutes later they can be reviewing and ordering targeted participant communications, fund fact sheets, plan performance summaries, and employer-branded microsites containing all the details of each plan.
And because NewRiver is not a printer, clients can direct print orders to whatever qualified printer they choose - even splitting work among several printers within a day - ensuring they get the best terms and service from all their print vendors.
